Every child deserves a place where their imagination feels limitless, where curiosity is celebrated, and where creativity is not just encouraged, it’s lived. At The Indigo Print, we created that space, because it’s the space we all wished we had as kids.We are more than an enrichment program. We are a community of dreamers, makers, mentors, and explorers determined to leave a mark that outlives us. Our mission is simple but powerful: to spark creativity, nurture curiosity, and build memories that fuel not just the children we serve today, but the generations that follow. Each week, our programs mix the wonder of childhood adventures with the tools of real learning, where colors and stories collide to form new worlds, art projects that turn messy hands into masterpieces, themed explorations that let kids see the world not as it is, but as it could be. Every session leaves them with a token, a keepsake, a reminder that what they create matters, because they matter. But this isn’t just for them. This work heals us too. Every project, every laugh, every spark in a child’s eye helps mend the parts of our own inner child that longed for a place like this. In building a hub for them, we’re rewriting our own stories and making sure no child grows up feeling like their creativity or curiosity was too much, too little, or not enough. We believe in legacies, not in the grand, untouchable sense, but in the little prints we leave on each child’s heart. The kind that grow into confidence, resilience, and imagination they’ll carry into adulthood. Our dream is that they’ll pass it on, leaving their own prints on the world in ways we can’t even imagine yet. It’s a promise: to them, to ourselves, and to the future.
Executive DirectorSteven is our steady anchor, an Air Force veteran and former homeschooler who knows both the value of discipline and the ache of missing out on community. As Executive Director, Steven ensures every program runs smoothly while weaving in mentorship, structure, and a touch of wonder. His lived experience fuels his commitment to giving today’s kids the opportunities he wished he had.
✨ Fun fact: Steven is an avid reader (his favorite series is The Lord of the Rings), and he never misses a chance to talk history, technology, cybersecurity, or criminal justice with curious minds.
Founder & VisionaryMaria is the heart behind our mission, the dreamer determined to give children the kind of magical, wonder-filled childhood that every one of us deserved. With a passion for creativity and community, Maria focuses on cultivating programs that leave lasting prints on young minds.✨ Fun fact: Maria keeps a box of childhood photos and still replays Renaissance-era Disney movies like The Little Mermaid on quiet nights, a reminder of the magic childhood should always hold.
Non-Executive DirectorJack is a fierce advocate for neurodivergent voices, drawing from personal experience to push back against stigma and create spaces that honor all ways of learning. They believe real education isn’t limited to paperwork it’s in the messy, hands-on activities and visionary projects that light up a child’s imagination. Jack helps us ensure our programs reflect inclusivity, creativity, and innovation.
✨ Fun fact: Jack is a voice actor who loves the Star Wars series, and yes, they can break out impersonations that leave kids and parents laughing for hours
The Indigo Print is an intergenerational enrichment and creativity hub designed to fuel imagination, spark curiosity, and create lasting childhood memories. We blend STEM, arts, creativity, and community into hands-on programs that children (and families) want to come back to.
We carve unforgettable experiences and adventures that allow children to thrive in their imaginative spaces. We help transform their creative outlooks into reality. From the spark of a doodle to a hands-on project that brings their ideas to life, we make sure every child feels the magic of their imagination being valued, nurtured, and celebrated. We believe childhood should be unforgettable. Every child deserves experiences that leave them buzzing with excitement and memories they’ll carry for life. Instead of trying to “fix” kids or force outcomes, we lean into their unique strengths and passions. We see artistic attributes as assets, not impractical hobbies. We want kids to leave our program not just smarter, but braver, more confident, and more connected.
We believe children deserve more than worksheets and quiet corners. They deserve to be seen, celebrated, and supported in ways that nurture not just their education, but their spirit. Our mission is twofold: to heal the inner child in each of us by creating the wonder-filled spaces we once longed for, and to lead the next generation of children toward futures where their gifts are embraced as strengths. We’re here to leave a lasting mark on every child we serve, and to help them leave their mark on the world.
